Damn, you found me out!
Interesting that the report only quotes Sheikh Hamed and not Bernie Ecclestone. They would have to get rid of at least one European race to make room for this, and the Chinese one. Likely candidates seem to be Austria, Belgium and San Marino.
Not proving very successful in finding out the result, but still trying!
