Don't expect the IAA to do anything.
I have made two written complaints of dangerous practices... ignored.
Eventually spoke to the gentleman in the IAA who is responsible for overseeing their operation - he was meeting with the chief pilot that afternoon.
After introducing myself (qualifications) he insinuated that I have a grudge against them.
I don't, but when I buy a ticket I do not expect to observe illegal and dangerous practices that put my life at risk........
Whilst there are many current posts about India - England, Ireland and France aren't pure as driven snow either.
