I wrote to Enac, forwarding your first post. Enac knows of the base change due to their decision about TPS long term stop, but they expect Ryanair to comply as any other Italian operator would, about base change (money to relocate, bus transfers for the initial time and hotel accomodations) I think at some stage, sanity will hit them in the face...or not?
