Being in the Shortlist pool does not guarantee an interview as market forces ultimately determine who is at the top of the pool.
As you may be aware, we are inviting qualified applicants up to 500 hours prior to meeting our posted requirements , as long as they fully meet our requirements upon date of joining. ..."
