Just had an email today from a colleague still there. He told me that recruitment policy had changed, and all new non type rated applicants have to pay for both the type rating AND line training.
Line Tng on 737 is currently 70€/Hr for 300hr
Now that they have started to see crew as a revenue source (like so many other companies) I am even less optimistic of the chances of anyone squeezing more money from them.
Why pay more, when you can have someone else pay YOU more
