If you've got time on the 73, surely they will not give you year one FO salary. I know I wouldn't accept it. If i would clear a minimum of 3 I could accept it due to the really low cost of living there.
Anyone any thoughts on this? I mean they seem to be really trying to get people there due to the high volume of leavers. This puts you in a good bargaining position during the interview, especially if you have alternatives. Play hardball, it's a ****ty business.
