Keg is so right! The run-down started years ago when Strong, Jackson, Dixon and Gregg did little more than keep the shareholders happy. They invested in neither people nor fleet, and now AJ and his colleagues are paying for their incompetence. The loss of corporate knowledge and expertise has almost been total, and near irreplacable. It can only be recovered over a genration or two. I suggest that a background in domestic aviaition is not a receipe for the successful management of a large international airline and its many complexities.
