Hi guys,
So I finished about reading the whole topic now and it is almost clear except some small parts.
First of all, I work in Europe in an airline for 737NG's for the last 4 years and i have 4000 hours total and almost 3500+ hours on this type.
I will be upgraded in about one year but things have changed in life.
things with company are ok but i want to move to Asia.
So this will be the decesion of my life and i want to be sure.
I read things about KAL some say good and some say like hell there.
The cultural differences don't affect me that much as the country i am in has similar thoughts.
But if i try KAL that means i'll need some free time and that leads me to leave the company for the application process so there will be no turning back for me.
So i really need some advice and assist from some experienced ones about the things in Korea.
All in all i like to apply for the FO pos in 737 fleet
Here are the things i don't know,
Which agency to use
how long does the whole hiring process takes (including med check, interview and etc.)
how safe is the job? should i expect to get fired in no time?
etc. etc.
So sorry to take your time but please pm me about anything you want to say about KAL as i desperately need some advice
I had some time in airline business but when it comes to apply for a new job i'm even worse than a new grad rookie
