The rotation is pretty easy. You tell the scheduler what days you want to travel home and back to work and they schedule you.
The 9 days off plus 2-3 travel days depending on fleet) is every month. You decide when to use the vacation days. You can use up to 7 vacation days with a block of 9 days off - no more than 16 consecutive days off (plus travel days). That being said, you need to be in Seoul/available to work for at least 11 days per month. Any less an you will be docked.
It is up to you to decide when and how to use those days off, and it is up to you to track how many you have used, etc. You get 24 vacation days per year, and it is tallied at the end of the year.
