Actually Iceman, I think you will find that there are a lot of staff at CX that earn less than $12,000 per month. A BC makes around $10,000 per month (guaranteed 70hrs credit at $140/hr). I imagine that office staff are similar.
Anyway, the "sharing" of the profit is a slap in the face. If it was the same for everyone I would be happy, however I bet the likes of TT,
JS, HC, RH, et al receive far greater than an additional 3 weeks plus $6000.
