easyJet do not do this. They used to a few years back but no longer offer these pay for your rating and 150hrs line training. Not sure whether bmi still do it though.

Maybe look further afield as UK not a good place for you unless you can get in at easyJet via PARC/CTC or Astraeus. Try the likes of Air Asia or Tiger Airways or Indigo.
