fair point about the guys from "previous companies" but some of those guys could be on a pension from other airlines too.they are here now so we should all stick together.with regard to their "previous company" going bust, well i dont think any of them had €4 billion in the bank with as many pax as ryanair.i read about the deals in dublin a few years back but i think its much bigger this time,it relates to every base(44 or something).to be honest most guys/gals prob only want a fair deal,a bigger cut of the cheese so to speak.its the crew that keep ryanair making money, sales on board and being on time etc, wait for ACARS,will they be still on time???

anybody well up on the new government in ireland?labour will want a union in every company(including ryanair)so hold out until labour come up with a plan, just in case ryanair try get a deal before they get a chance to organise anything in the dail.

if ryanair are short crew then they will have to improve the deal,no choice
but if they are not then it looks like same old story with the deal.who is to know,so how about just for the next 6 months, stick together, stop working days off.highlight the crew shortage and take the ball back from them for the first time in its history.

has ryanair got too big for its shoes??time will tell.MOL has pissed off too many people and there could be a domino effect come summer time.

best of luck to all involved and watch the gladiator film before you attend any of these pointless base meetings with PB/DR.!!!!
