some here are trying to justify working longer and cant understand that it was the RA55 contract that allowed them quick commands and now they dont want to afford crew junior the same opportunity.

This is however old news. Prior to RA65, Some A scalers were saying it was those who accepted B scale that eroded the COS, now they have accepted C scale and have eroded it even further, thats ok. so whose to blame
,well we all know that answer, but it highlights the culture of individuals just doing what is best for themselves and not what is best for everyone.
whats done is done, so we move on, but it rubs salt in the wound when some deny that it affects junior crew and think that those junior want to and will extend.
