Dear young man,I noticed that,you are simply writing on different forums asking for advice about hiring.
Other fellow ppruner's,they have already adviced you and I will as well: Please read the forums carefully...if you do then you will find out,that you should try to apply for LCC /turboprop airlines since you are a freshly graduated pilot.
Airlines such as Korean,air Japan,AHK etc are only looking for experienced jet pilots.
Stop asking the same question....do some homework-read-be keen!!!
