BE the BHX route development department!! His petition wish list is worryingly similar to the pie in the sky ideas that they have about having flights direct flights to West Coast USA, China etc. Whilst focusing on these pathetic dolly daydreams (without yet even having got anywhere near started on the extension needed for the runway) BHX seems to have completely forgotten about the fact that most people simply want to fly
direct to/from major cities and towns in Europe which is a feat getting increasingly more difficult as the years go by.......anyway I thought that BHX had employed some super duper route development agency to get new routes. Money well spent at a time of major cutbacks? What a joke
