Schedules are very inconsistent. You should live in Miami for any quality of life. Only 7 hard days off a month/ always on reserve/ expect 18-30 hour days , they are normal, speak spanish, low pay, some experienced good pilots, some not so good (alot). Mx is shoddy at best. They will roundtrip you or better 3 stop you in a single duty session, say MIA-CCS-UIO-MIA, that is a 24-30 day due to upload and offload of cargo. The place is a joke and needs shutdown.
