I will leave that job to others with a bigger agenda. If the Bassa membership and the relevant Unite officers are happy with the situation, then that is up to them. I get good value for my subscription. I hope that the Bassa members feel the same way.
BASSA are counting on precisely that mindset to be similar in the vast majority of it's members - sheep milling aimlessly, lacking in inquisitiveness. BASSA, as a branch of Unite, are required
by law:
- To produce annual accounts.
- Disseminate that information annually to it's members.
- Give access to it's accounts within 28 days of a request from any Unite member.
They don't seem to have ever done that, but you're still happy with that? Amazing.
