RUMOUR has it that Cathay is considering sweetening the tea by offering a "joining bonus".......

.....or just stick with the original SO package and stop trying to degrade the profession any further. And to think there are senior pilot managers in this company, most of whom have enjoyed financially lucrative careers, pushing for these inferior contracts. It's very sad.
