Logic would say sell Glasgow. Edinburgh has had (I think) greater investment in recent years and also has unquestionably the greater potential in the short to medium term.
On the other hand, if Ferovia need as much hard cash as they can get their hands on (and I believe that they are fairly skint) then the highest price could reasonably be expected from Edinburgh.
Who knows.
