My own outfit are insisting on retaining reference to words to effect of "any approved ftl scheme in force under its jurisdiction" in our scheduling agreement, meaning when/if the rules change to allow for example proposals such as 40% longer days and min rest reduced to 7.5 hrs, we have to do it, and it won't cost them a penny.
