I don't get this
... an extension of the standing approvals from the Master Plan 2005, for 12 daily movements by Code 3C aircraft. To date a commercial operator has not sought to take up this opportunity.
If nobody in the past 6 or so years has wanted to do even 12 movements/day then why the bleep are BAL asking for 32/day ????

assuming a 12 hour day, I think they'd have problems even doing 12 movements/day through that so-called 'terminal'.
I've seen better facilities out in the GAFA.
