Not really. I've "heard a few things" but I'm not in recruiting and don't have any facts; just hearsay.
What I will say is that currently there are undercrewed aircraft in QLD. Qlink are getting seven more Q400's with the first one arriving next month.
AFAIK, these are additional aircraft and are not replacing the 300's. DJ are recruiting this year (not sure about J*) which will mean resignations from Qlink.
