Year 1+2 = 4200 EUR. Year 3+4 = 4620 EUR. Year 5+ = 4900 EUR. Currently the salary scheme is spilt into base pay, being a rather small taxable amount and the remaining salary payed out as dividends
Capt base 4200 EUR
FO top Year 3 = 3300 EUR
FO base Year 1 = 2880 EUR. Year 2 = 3120 EUR
Need more pilots, some pilots are leaving for better paid jobs.
Recruitment Process
3 stage selection. 1) technichal interview and written tests (general, atpl, technical, to be held in Riga) 2)Sim-assessment in Riga (1 and 2 are mostly on the same day) 3)Psychological tests and evaluation also in Riga.
