Don't worry too much about lack of detail - the 757 is designed on the dark cockpit principle, i.e if something goes wrong something lights up.
Gone are the days of learning volts/amps etc etc. The CBT is adequate for purpose.If you want more detail I believe the front toilet water heater cuts out at 88 degrees C !
