I have a mate in DJ and he says the flying is fun and the girls are great, but the money is poor and there is a lot of special treatement to certain pilots etc for upgrade and other duties.
But he says they are still wanting pilots and if you have the cash to buy an endorsement, your in apparently.
He reckons a while ago an F/O got sick of all the rubbish and resigned. I guess if everyone stood together and didn't put up with the rubbish I'm sire things would change, but there ain't that many jobs to go to.
