Aerologic had a min. of 1000h total before, I heared voices that said they are not to happy with the 4-500h pilots and will go back to the min. of 1000h.
Of course those guys are cheap and happy to fly the big ship, but with 3 landings per month you dont learn flying and what will they do in 5-6 years when those guys have 4-5000h but fly like someone with 2000h.
1000-1500h turboprop is a very good training, I would rather take a prop pilot than an Airbus pilot with 2000h.
