Obviously, but take a look for yourself, the grass area at the entrance would no be sufficient to construct a tower and maintain wingtip clearances of widebodies entering the hangar area. As I understood the plan a few years ago, it was mentioned at the time that the new tower would be on the site of the fire station with a new station built elsewhere.
