Going back to RegDeps 'spoof' entry reminds me of an occurence told to me by Reg Gregory, the FISO at Blackbushe many years ago.
They were filming there and the words 'Flughafen Oostofen' were painted in large letters on the roof of the terminal. Old Reg was down in the cafe for his lunch so the radio was unmanned and he saw an aircraft make an approach to runway 26 and overshoot (sorry 'execute a missed approach). It never did come back!!
