for what its worth i think there is a large variation of contracts being offered at J2, if you are ex military or ex legacy (ish) airline direct entry capt then bonds have been offered instead of type ratings etc, on the other end of the scale if you are a 200 hr cadet then you are fleeced to pay for a type rating, JOC course, 70% contract etc. Anything in between is variable depending on the desperation of the company!
