I understood Monarch had a 10% pay cut, but that is only hear say. Perhaps the Flybe pay deal may not be such a bad deal after all, reading the above posts.
2.7% of a Thomson FO salary (rejected) is about £500 per month rise more than 3% of a flybe FO salary.
The flybe pay offer is crap regardless.
