The two new aircraft were destined for Brisbane as part a new base of over six aircraft.
It may soon become public, however, that CASA has stopped Tiger from opening its new base.
Apparently the severe under resourcing by the British management 'team' has left Tiger incapable of safely operating a new base in the eyes of CASA.
The delay to Tiger aircraft has very little to do with flooding and a lot to do with management ineptitude.
Undoubtedly the Qld floods will have a temporary impact on discretionary airline travel but it isn't the source of Tiger's woes.
