Captain salary: £67k
FO salary: £43k
Senior FO salary £46k
The above is full time. There is sector pay which varies depending on length of sector and duty pay at £2.10/duty hour. It adds up to about 200 - 700 per month. All taxable except some of the duty pay.
No annual pay increments. General pay rises at the discretion of the company. Note that there is an incremental payscale but only those pilots who were with the company more than about 5 years ago are on it. I believe some pilots have lost their increments upon promotion.
There is no typical roster because it's a bit of a do it all airline (loco seat only, package holidays, ad hoc charters, royal mail etc). Rosters are assigned with little input from pilots. As you might guess, expect max hours with few/no standbys in summer.

We're told there is a 737-800 for MAN starting in Feb, with a 2nd joining soon!? As far as I know the 757s are here to stay typically doing the longer trips.
