One strength of a true LCC is the ability to react rapidly and not get locked into large projects until very late in piece. Tiger also has other "cubs" (airlines) in the group to divert new aircraft deliveries to if required. So I see the delaying of a base or a couple of deliveries due to the QLD floods as quite possible...
