In August Mr Davis sold a big slice of his shareholdings, raising doubts about his confidence in the airline's prospects.
It may have been, as you stated, that Davis was getting out before the share price went down and by coincidence the other two big shareholders did the same. What would drive the share price down if the product was so good?
After those three pulled out the share price never went back up (and continued to fall), which would sight a lack of confidence in the Airline's prospects.

Sunstar has it correct, I don't know. I do know that Tiger's in flight and ground service, OTP and public relations fall a long way short of the mothership SQ, even in LCC terms.
