i finally get it. U accepted a job as FO in the middle east after they were supposed to give u a DEC. Then u expected to jump every other qualified FO on the fleet becasue of your "experience". I just dont get this type of mentality. First u criticize GF for not following seniority but when the person in question was you U, U EXPECTED them to break all seniority? To me this is a typical situation of when it suits u it is ok!!!! I get GF is not perfect but i think u need to chill and realize u are long gone and have no idea what is going on right now here. Sorry if this sounds confrontational but MOST of the things u say are just plain NOT true as Gf is currently folling seniority!!!!!
also a tip a wise man once told me. never accept a job in the expectation of advancement immediately. if this is the case something is seriously wrong with that airline
