VB should be paying for all endos, initial new hire and subsequent with maybe an aircraft type lock for say 2 yrs to cover costs.
So an Ejet FO can stay on Ejet as either FO or Capt (as long as they qual for upgrade) for 2 yrs then can bid for 737, A330.
