It's harder for you guys on WW not being able to talk about whats going on and must make for some difficult moments in the bar downroute. On Eurofleet we seem to end up talking about it alot, whatever side everyone is on; doesn't seem to be a problem discussing it with the Flight crew either once the 'dancing on eggshells' bit is over with. On a long band 4 day on the 767 I generally will know which way each crew member has voted by the time we clear.
