Duplicated baggage tags
Passenger decides not to fly but baggage details are not removed from the DCS
Passenger and baggage accepted for flight prior to scheduled flight opening
Wrong tag number entered
Pooled baggage that is not flagged in each individuals DCS record.

It is critical that it is understood that pooled baggage must be flagged in each relevant person’s
DCS record.
