I'm not going to go out of my way to defend this, but there are some details in there, and to be fair, if it's a headhunter doing the candidate search, they are extremely unlikely to know what they are looking for--e.g., they would not know the difference between an ATPL and a CPL w/MEIR, which many call a "frozen ATPL", or the relevance of things such as hours and type ratings. As I have said above, best to give them a call and get the lowdown.
I concede that it is very unusual for someone to recruit through a head hunting agency, seeing as you kick a stone and out come three million unemployed pilots from underneath, but I've seen it done before.
