When you leave (as you surely will if you have a brain) they will steal from your indemnity & they will not honour indemnity contractual payments)

For those of us who actually enjoy working here most of the time, (the brainless ones apparently), could you please expand on your indemnity comments so that we can be prepared if and when we decide to leave? (when we part with our rose coloured spectacles I suppose....)
