Sorry to hear about all the troubles at WY, I for one, was hoping that it would do well. Kuwait Airlines is notoriously crap and KUW deserved something better than just a loco. I've flown on WY and liked it.
You have to ask yourself though if that business model was right for tiny Kuwait.
As for routes...Singapore/KL/Japan/Hongkong/Bangkok??? In an A-320 from KUW? You'd want to have a magic wand and 3 wishes to make that one work.
No point comparing it with EK either as they are in completely different situations.
