Ok, It does read that way but I was having a crack at Tiger ( the company ) for not having coverage anywhere, not suggesting the pilots don't write up defects.
If the conditions are public knowledge why apply in the first place?????
The current conditions for new hires ( GA award ) 86K, crap roster etc are not the conditions that existing F/Os are on, thats why. The facts are that they ( Tiger pilots ) have been trying to negotiate with Singapore for over a year and have gotten nowhere, no big surprise there.
