There are always some jealous people out who try to cut in front of others. It is a fact that staying in KAL for a long time becomes more difficult with all the shortcomings of the past years. It was good earlier but the last two years it went South and down the drain.
Questionable backgrounds arising now and then and find a shelter to make it official somewhere else. Alot of Skippers leave after 2 years, some FO`s even faster as they get better offers somewhere else.
