Some have good experiences some have bad - that's life.
I did my training a few years ago at Halfpenny Green, did some research on here but not much said - so I went to see them and met a great bunch of guys. The Ops Director Paul spent a couple of hours with me and I got the feeling every word was the truth - and as it turned out it was.
The answer is simple - go and see whoever you are considering, see if you get that "I belong here feel" some will, some won't - I went to see AFT in about 2006 and I didn't get that feeling!
Companies change, staff change, facilities change - Paul who I met at HGFC is now at AFT - that can only bring good things!!!!
I spoke with him late last year - AFT have ripped themselves down to bear bones and are buidling back up, nearly 30 students confirmed for next year - they seem to be doing something right now!
