I am not a lawyer, nor an expert and cannot tell whether this next strike would be legal or not.
So, should a court of law decide that any further strike is illegal and say a number of members of Unite were dismissed for breech of contract, would they have recourse to take out legal action against Unite (or the 2 branches) for following advice that directly lead to their dismissal?
