I agree with manga, right now Air nigeria is a flight school. More and more pilots are living to Arik,Aero..just for a rotation. They are willing to leave a place that pays ontime ( ok, nigerian standard) to Arik with 2-3 weeks behind or more but, they have a way home. The sad part is, even the instructors are looking elsewhere. 2011 a lot of airlines around the world are hiring again, it will be interesting.
