As for "the laughing stock of Asia" I suspect you trump that as the Laughing Stock of the World.
We do have a problem with management but I don't feel you help in any way.
With your reputation for F**c*ed up T/O's I don't think your criticism of CX standards would be accepted by any sane pilot.
