It's actually SO VERY EASY!!! A lot easier than that.
DON'T PAY TO FLY! Soon enough they won't have any new pilots, conditions improve. Oh wait... most people are so hard-focused on getting onto a 737 / 320 that they'll just keep throwing the cash at them.
