The license is one thing, the right to work is another. That is the hardest thing.
Assuming you have the right to live and work in Europe, then the converting the license is dependant on what license you already hold + hours/types.

I am fortunate in that I hold dual citizenship for Australia and the UK (thus Europe) and have done the conversion.

Good luck, but it's easier once you're experienced.
