I admire your optimism however your prediction is way off the mark. During the last strike days we started off with a lower percentage of flights getting away and on some days that increased to an incredible 80% LH and 55-60% SH of flights operated. We managed this with a mere VCC workforce of some 1,000 or so. This time we have an army! Along with a number of Mixed Fleet crew, oh yes and not forgetting the people who went on strike last time and see no point in taking part in further pointless IA.
